Purpose of the website
The website serves to present the XXL Sales OS software. The information published here is for information purposes only; it does not constitute an offer but an invitation to make an offer within the meaning of Section 6:64 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code. We make binding offers exclusively in individual, written offers.
The descriptions of the features reflect the state applicable at the time of publication on the website. The software is under continuous development; therefore, the operation, naming and availability of individual features may change without prior notice.
The demonstration system (demo)
In the demo, all companies, persons, products and business data are fictitious; any resemblance to real persons or businesses is purely coincidental. The demo serves to familiarise users with the software and is not suitable for real business activity.
Every tester receives their own, isolated test environment, starting from the same fictitious baseline; other testers do not see what you change. Please do not enter any real personal or business data in it and do not upload any confidential documents. The test environment can be used for 30 days; after that – or earlier, if access ends – the data entered and the files uploaded are permanently deleted.
We monitor the load on the test environment: in the case of unusually large uploads or machine-paced use we may suspend access, and we will notify you by email.
The demo does not send out emails and does not initiate real payments. The operator accepts no liability for the continuous availability or error-free operation of the demo.
Intellectual property
The entire content of the website and the software – its texts, graphic elements, interface, source code, screenshots and database structure – is protected by copyright. The XXL Sales OS name and logo are the operator’s trade marks.
Copying, adapting, distributing or using for commercial purposes the content in whole or in part is permitted only with the operator’s prior written consent. The content may be referred to, provided that the source is acknowledged.
The mood photographs used on the website are licensed stock photos (Adobe Stock, Shutterstock); in accordance with the licence terms, they may be used exclusively on this website.
Liability
The operator exercises due care in compiling the content of the website, but accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or for any damage arising from the use or unavailability of the website or the demo, or from decisions based on the information published there – excluding breaches of contract caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and breaches of contract causing harm to life, physical integrity or health.
